• Initial Status Review (gap analysis for OH&S management systems) 
• Policies and Procedures, development and review 
• Risk Assessments, e.g.: fire risk, equipment safety, PPE, ergonomics, COSHH 
• Implementation, including employee training and culture change, developing safe systems of work and permit to work systems
• Audit and Performance, including senior management review and gap analysis
• Conducting induction and risk assessment training
