As RUSHBROOK proudly enter our tenth year of operation we would like to thank all the members of our team , past and present who have contributed to our success and development.
RUSHBROOK have provided employment opportunities for over 25 people during the last 10 years including professional engineers and safety consultants, managerial, administrative staff and sub-consultants.
During the last 10 years our staff have operated from offices in Scotland, England, France, China, Korea and the USA and have carried out projects in China, Hong Kong, Korea, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Taiwan, Austria, Denmark, France, Germany, Netherlands, Scotland, England, Northern Ireland and the USA.

Rushbrook Consultants Ltd was established in 1999 to develop a Scottish Centre of Excellence in the field of professional fire safety engineering. The company takes its name from Dr Frank Rushbrook, CBE, FIFireE, the internationally renowned maritime fire investigator and former Firemaster of Lothian & Borders Fire Service.
The company was founded by Al Brown and John Logie with the support of our first chairman Dr James Lygate, an internationally recognised fire investigator and expert witness. In 2004 we were joined by Principal Safety Consultant John Blades, a chartered member of IOSH, broadening our consulting capability into the field of occupational health & safety.
Rushbrook’s principals have, over many years, delivered high quality and cost effective fire engineering solutions to a diverse client base, operating in the key industrial sectors of semiconductor and electronics’ manufacture, pharmaceutical, pulp & paper making, printing and publishing, food processing as well as conventional and nuclear power generation.
